Description
A Spectrum of Diversity, Through a Herbalist’s Eyes
Many individuals on the neurodivergent spectrum turn to alternative medicine because they feel unseen, unsupported, or misunderstood in mainstream health settings. This course helps herbalists, educators, and helpers develop the insight and sensitivity required to meet these clients with clarity and care.
The Neuro Files 1 reframes neurodivergence not as a deficit, but as a diverse expression of human neurology, rich with strengths, challenges, sensory patterns, and unique ways of navigating the world. Through accessible explanations, real-world examples, and a compassionate teaching style, this course helps practitioners understand the full spectrum of neurodiversity, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, and more.
You’ll also explore how stress, toxic culture, trauma, and early-life adversity shape neurodevelopment and influence symptoms across the lifespan, critical knowledge for anyone supporting clients holistically.
