We now offer both Free and Paid/Student membership options so everyone can find their place in the Village.

Yes! Students enrolled in the Practical Herbalist Diploma Program or Master Herbalist Diploma Program receive 3 years of free Herbal Village access. Students enrolled in individual courses or electives receive 3 months of free access.

Free access begins automatically when you register and is not stackable or transferable between accounts or purchases.

Once you join the Herbal Village, you’ll have instant access to your member dashboard. From there, you can explore written and video content, join discussions in our community forum, and navigate directly to the resources that interest you most—whether it’s medicine making, monographs, or mini courses.

Each month, we host at least one brand-new herbal webinar, often featuring guest educators sharing their unique expertise. Topics span the full spectrum of herbalism, from clinical practice and medicine making to plant energetics and beyond. All webinars are recorded and added to our growing library, so you can watch or rewatch anytime.

Plus, our vibrant community offers regular discussion groups where members connect over herbal topics, seasonal practices, and thought-provoking books.

Yearly Subscription:

Wild Rose College will issue a refund upon request—less a 15% administration fee—if a member cancels their yearly subscription within seven (7) business days of the original purchase. After this period, the Herbal Village membership becomes non-refundable.

If you have an active yearly Herbal Village subscription and enroll in a course or program that includes complimentary access to the Village, your paid subscription will be automatically cancelled and replaced with your free access. No refunds will be issued for any overlap in access time.

You may request to cancel your yearly subscription at any time by contacting us at herbalvillage@wildrosecollege.com. Please note that we are unable to refund any payments already processed unless they fall within the initial seven (7) business days.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the premium features in the Herbal Village unless you are actively enrolled in a course or program that includes Village access.

Monthly Subscription:

You may request to cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing herbalvillage@wildrosecollege.com. Refunds will not be issued for payments that have already been processed.

If you have an active monthly Herbal Village subscription and enroll in a course or program that includes free Village access, your paid subscription will be automatically cancelled and replaced with your complimentary access. No refunds will be provided for overlapping time.
