You can enroll in our programs and courses by selecting a payment option and processing your tuition payment through your cart. Once you have processed your tuition payment, you will gain access to all the materials required to complete your studies via your student dashboard.

Master Herbalist Diploma

Students must be enrolled in or have graduated from our Practical Herbalist Diploma Program, or equivalent education (subject to review and approval by our Student Services team), if they wish to enroll in our Master Herbalist Diploma Program.

• 1 initial payment of $2497 CDN upon registration, which works out to a total savings of $208.40 CDN from our full course payment of $2705.40 CDN.

Courses taken at another school may be accepted as substitutes for Wild Rose College courses upon submission of transcripts, course outlines or syllabus. In some cases students may be asked to write a challenge exam at a cost of $75.00+GST. Courses allowable for transfer must have been taken within the past ten years.

All courses can be completed online and at your own self-guided pace. Video lessons can be accessed at all times from anywhere with an internet connection; there is no need to attend class at a specific time.

Our courses are designed so the most casual or serious learner can take part. Our delivery ensures you will be able to participate in our in-depth teachings while working or maintaining other commitments.

Any courses that have live sessions will be announced in advance for a certain date and time. These can be accessed online and will be recorded so that they can be reviewed at a later date

Every course structure is a bit different, although most of them will include a short quiz after each lesson, these are not timed but we do suggest students complete them in one sitting. 

At the end of each course there may be a final exam, which will have a 3 hour time limit, the exam ranges between 40-50 questions.

Some of our courses will include projects that will need to be completed along the way and will count towards your final grade.

Student’s must receive 70% overall in order to pass the course. Re-writes are available as needed. A syllabi for each course is provided with a detailed list of what is required to complete the course.

Our monthly live roundtables are your chance to deepen your herbal learning by diving into case study reviews and relevant herbal discussions. This is your chance to learn how to apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world cases and feature prominent clinical herbalists from across Canada. 

Our roundtable discussions will be held via zoom and students will be notified with registration links and an outline of the instructor and topics prior to the session. Roundtables are available for 24 hours after to re-watch or if you were unable to attend. We request that students register in order to receive the re-watch link.

Throughout the year we regularly host Instructor Q&A’s to give you the chance to connect and ask your course questions directly to our instructors. These are an excellent opportunity to gain clarity on your learning material and to enhance your learning. 

Our instructor Q&A’s are held via Zoom and will be recorded and added to the bonus content of your course. You will receive the dates, times and registration links via email. If you are unable to attend you can still submit your questions ahead of time to Student Services at info@wildrosecollege.com.

All Wild Rose College courses & diploma programs include downloadable .pdf course manuals. Wild Rose College does offer the option to optionally add coiled and bound printed course manuals upon initial registration (or you may alternatively purchase as few or as many as you like at any time during your studies).

Purchasing printed course manuals is not required, however some students prefer the printed and bound manuals to study off-line, so it is entirely a personal preference. We are also able to offer them at a competitive price and there may be a cost savings to printing them yourself.

Depending on your other obligations, as well as how quickly you absorb the information, it is possible to complete a diploma program in as little as 1 year. However, students are given 3 years to complete the requirements and extensions are available upon request. Lifetime access pertains to course materials and course videos only.

RESP funds and government loans cannot be used to pay for tuition. Additionally T2202A slips cannot be issued. Taking this into account, Wild Rose College offers affordable payment plans for all diploma programs.

Senior Citizens (60+) are eligible for a 10% discount on full price online courses and diploma program tuition.
